What changed in each stable Humation release, including upgrade notes for the packages and artwork.

Humation packages are released together. Install the same version of @humation/core, @humation/assets-humation-1, @humation/react, and @humation/web-component whenever you use more than one of them.

1.0.3 — September 18, 2026

Improved

Refined 23 illustrations in the Humation 1 asset set, including the two cat variants, round glasses, and 20 handheld items.
Kept part names, canonical IDs, selection slots, and the manifest shape unchanged. Stored avatar selections continue to resolve to the same parts.

This is an artwork-only update. There are no API changes or required code changes, but seed-based avatars that select one of the updated parts will use the refined drawing after upgrading.

Fixed

Corrected the Humation 1 manifest metadata to identify the asset set as MIT licensed and versioned for the stable release.

The previous data-group-id and data-part-id output attributes were replaced by the documented data-hm-* attributes. This only affects code that inspects the generated SVG markup directly.

Upgrade

Update the packages you use to the same version:

You only need to include the framework package your app uses. For example, a React app does not need @humation/web-component.
